The Swisscom Digital Experience (SDX) is a platform and design and code framework of Swisscom Ltd and its group companies (hereinafter referred to together as “Swisscom”). It enables users to make use of the content (public/private), which is made available, within the scope of the following guidelines.
Users wanting to make use of the Swisscom Digital Experience (SDX) content, require a personal login, i.e., they need to register and obtain a user ID and password. Users wanting to make use of content, need to register and request a password and user ID. They need to enter the details required to create a user profile. When submitting their request to register, users confirm the correctness of their details and their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
Swisscom reserves the right to block access at any time and without reason, prior to expiry of the agreed period of use.
Users cannot demand to receive access.
The user must keep his/her password and user ID secret at all times. Swisscom accepts no responsibility whatsoever for passwords that are passed on or not stored in a secure manner. If there are any signs of misuse, Swisscom can block existing passwords and/or assign the user a new password.
If the user becomes aware of or suspects that his/her password or user ID is known to a third party, they must report this without delay by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
The validity of the password is limited. The used is notified of the date of expiry when the password is provided. The user can request a new password at any time.
All rights to all of the content of Swisscom Digital Experience (SDX) belong to Swisscom or Swisscom holds the respective usage rights.
Without written approval, and subject to any statutory exceptions, the user is not permitted:

Unless otherwise agreed or determined in these Terms and Conditions of Use, the data protection provisions of Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd shall apply with regard to the usage of the Swisscom portal [www.swisscom.ch/brandcenter]
The user confirms that his/her profile data may be electronically stored, processed and used for the purpose of making contact. The user may be contacted by e-mail.
If the user no longer wishes to receive any information, they should contact the following address [firstname.lastname@example.org].
The user has the possibility to upload comments or contributions to the platform. In doing so, he/she confirms that these contributions may be individualised with details of his/her first name and surname and, if available, profile picture. This agreement is not limited with regard to time and shall continue to apply even if the profile is deleted.
Swisscom is authorised at any time to delete comments or contributions without reason.
Swisscom assumes no liability whatsoever for the interruption- or error-free availability of SDX or the correctness of content.
Swisscom assumes no liability whatsoever with regard to the correctness of the code or the absence of faults.
To the extent legally permissible, Swisscom excludes any liability for damage related to the usage of Swisscom Digital Experience (SDX).
In particular, neither Swisscom nor any other persons involved in the development, creation, design and provision of content on Swisscom Digital Experience (SDX) shall be directly or indirectly liable for damage, consequential damage or other damage resulting from visits, usage or incorrect usage of SDX, irrespective of whether this was due to non-compliance with contractual obligations, gross negligence or some other unauthorised actions.
Swisscom can change the Terms and Conditions of Use without prior warning. If Swisscom makes use of this right, this will be published on the SDX platform via the change of the date at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use be ineffective or incomplete, this shall not affect the remaining provisions.
Place of jurisdiction / Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Use as well as any disputes arising therefrom are subject exclusively to Swiss law.
The courts of Berne, Switzerland have jurisdiction.
